MISSION STATEMENT

As Life Coach and Motivational Speaker, my mission is to empower individuals to make better decisions, set and achieve meaningful goals, and cultivate unshakable faith in themselves. I inspire people to embrace a failure is not an option mentality, fostering a growth mindset and a relentless winner’s mindset. Through personal development, self-belief, and purpose-driven action, I help individuals break through limitations, embrace change, and unlock their full potential. Success is not just a dream—it is a reality for those who commit to growth, discipline, and perseverance. My purpose is to guide, uplift, and transform lives by instilling confidence, clarity, and an unyielding belief that anything is possible with the right mindset and determination.

Trauma doesn’t define who you are — it reveals what you’re capable of surviving. With God’s grace, I help people turn their pain into purpose by guiding them through the process of healing, rebuilding, and rediscovering their power. I know what it’s like to carry invisible wounds that weigh down your confidence, relationships, and sense of self. That’s why I’ve created a safe space where faith meets healing — where you learn not only to process your past, but to let God use it as fuel for your future.

Through mindset work, prayer, emotional release, and faith-driven empowerment strategies, I help you break the cycles that once broke you. Because true healing isn’t about forgetting what happened — it’s about allowing God to transform who you become because of it. Together, we’ll turn your trauma into testimony and your pain into purpose through His power.

My name is Franklin Matthews, and I come from Delaware, PA. Like many of you, I’ve faced setbacks, challenges, trauma, and made my share of unwise choices. These experiences pushed me into a cycle of self-doubt, fear, shame, and bitterness. I felt unworthy of pursuing the dreams and goals I had always envisioned because my past weighed me down.

For years, I was stuck—trapped in procrastination and a victim mindset. But one day, I had enough. I looked at my life and knew I couldn’t continue down the same path. Through deep self-reflection and prayer, I found the strength to change—not just for a moment, but for a lifetime. I realized that life is defined by the choices we make, and it was time for me to take ownership of mine.

Seeking help was a turning point. I began outpatient therapy, which allowed me to confront my past, find healing, and finally forgive—especially myself. That was the hardest part. But through therapy, prayer, and self-help resources, I slowly transformed my life. This journey of growth led me to become a certified Life Coach who specializes in personal development and trauma.

At the end of the day, it’s not just about what happened to you or the pain you still carry. What truly matters is what you’ve learned from those experiences and how you use them to grow. How can your story inspire and uplift someone else? How can you turn your lessons into service for others? Because the power to change your life—and impact the lives of others—starts with you.

“WE ARE WHAT WE REPEATEDLY DO. EXCELLENCE THEN IS NOT AN ACT BUT A HABIT.”
